We are excited to introduce Eva Hill as the newest member of our Board of Directors! A dedicated Natomas resident since 1987, Eva brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.   

As a CPA, realtor, and seasoned professional in commercial real estate, hotel projects, and agriculture, Eva’s diverse background is an invaluable asset to our community.

Eva has a deep understanding of land development, business operations, and the critical importance of flood control, having grown up with an almond farming father in Chico.

She’s also a passionate advocate for community involvement, serving on the California State Railroad Museum Foundation Board and contributing to local charitable causes.

As CEO of Venture Oaks Real Estate Group, Eva has led major real estate ventures, developed millions of square feet of commercial real estate, and managed complex partnerships globally. Her leadership in both the hospitality and real estate sectors has garnered impressive success, including overseeing the transformation of a Florida luxury hotel to a Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond rated property.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Eva is committed to advocating for underprivileged women and children.
